If you ask me what I do, I’ll tell you I’m a Realtor. But what I really do is help people navigate life’s transitions with clarity, confidence, and a guiding hand. Real estate is never just about property. It’s about timing, family, finances, and stepping into a new season of life. After 25 years of working in the Cincinnati–Dayton area and living in the Cincinnati area, I’ve learned that buying or selling a home is one of the most personal decisions someone can make.
I am both a graduate of Beavercreek High School and Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. That foundation still means a lot to me. Growing up in the Miami Valley shaped my values — work hard, be honest, and treat people the right way. Those principles guide how I run my business today. While I currently live in the Cincinnati area, I’ve worked throughout both Cincinnati and Dayton for the last 30 years. That regional perspective allows me to help clients understand not just homes, but communities, market trends, and long-term value.
I work with buyers and sellers at every stage of life, but I specialize in helping empty nesters who are ready to downsize. That chapter can be exciting and emotional all at the same time. The house that once felt full can suddenly feel too large, too quiet, or simply too much to maintain. Downsizing isn’t just about reducing square footage. It’s about redefining lifestyle. It’s about asking, “What do we want this next phase of life to look like?”
Outside of real estate, I’m a husband to a beautiful wife and a proud father of three sons. Our home is also shared with two awesome dogs who keep life entertaining. Family is everything to me, and that perspective shapes how I view “home.” It’s more than a structure — it’s where life happens.
At the end of the day, I’m not just helping people buy or sell property. I’m helping them step into what’s next — with confidence, clarity, and a steady hand guiding the way.
