Mary Sue Hine is passionate about serving people through every stage of their real estate journey. As a full-time Real Estate Agent and Military Relocation Professional (MRP), she is honored to help buyers, sellers, and military families across Northern Cincinnati and the surrounding communities turn “big moves” into smooth, confident transitions.
Mary Sue is a Realtor with Keller Williams (KW) Advisors in West Chester, OH, and a proud member of the Gifford Team, where collaboration, clear communication, and client-first service guide everything they do. Whether she is walking a first-time buyer through the process or coordinating a time-sensitive military relocation, her promise remains the same: “From first showing to close and beyond, we will be in this together.” Her clients’ goals become her mission, and she works tirelessly to bring them to life.
What truly sets Mary Sue apart is her personal experience with relocation. Between 2018 and 2026, she relocated three times, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges, emotions, and logistics that come with moving. This chapter explains her brief pause from real estate in the Cincinnati area—and also deepened her expertise. Today, she proudly serves as a Relocation Specialist, bringing empathy, strategy, and real-world understanding to every client she guides. She is especially excited to be back in Cincinnati, serving the community she knows and loves.
She earned her Real Estate License from Hondros College and holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Western Michigan University. Her background in teaching provides a strong foundation for educating, informing, and advocating for her clients. Outside of real estate, Mary Sue and wonderful husband Scott, enjoy exploring new places, watching soccer and college football, and spending time with family and friends. She is a proud mother of four adult children and a grandmother to one beautiful granddaughter. She is also a dog mom to 5 active dogs. Her deep appreciation for “home” shapes the way she does business—treating every client like family and offering honest guidance, steady support, and a relationship that extends well beyond the closing table.
