After a distinguished 35-year career as a math teacher in the Middletown, Hamilton, and Lakota school districts, Mr. Floyd brings a lifetime of service, leadership, and dedication to his real estate career. Throughout his years in education—and while coaching football for 11 years and wrestling for 17—he developed a reputation for honesty, discipline, and putting people first.

When he’s not working with clients, Mr. Floyd enjoys gaming, fishing, target shooting, and spending time with his wife Danielle, their three children—Brittany, Kayla, and Mike Jr.—and their nine grandchildren.
